Paradigm
Paradigm was designed to offer a calming, spa-like environment that enhances the patient experience. The first floor includes a grand lobby, clinic space with 11 exam rooms, a casting room, infusion room, and an x-ray room, as well as administrative and provider offices and meeting spaces. The second floor was designed as a sophisticated doctor’s lounge area with an adjoining balcony.
The Bayou Church
With deep roots in Acadiana, The Bayou Church envisioned a lively and welcoming environment that embraces the spirit and culture of Lafayette making this the center of the community.
Stirling Properties
With 50 years in business, Stirling Properties chose to establish its new headquarters in River Chase. The vibrant, high-energy office space was thoughtfully designed to reflect the dynamic spirit of the leadership team and their employees.
IBOS Roofing
In business since 1945, IBOS Roofing transitioned its headquarters to Robert, now operating from a modern office designed to support innovation and growth for years to come.
Kent Design Build
The headquarter’s interior blends authenticity, craftsmanship, and an industrial aesthetic, using raw materials like exposed steel, reclaimed wood, and polished concrete to reflect the company’s hands-on ethos. Open workspaces and glass meeting rooms promote transparency and collaboration, while custom millwork, hand-finished details, and locally sourced furniture showcase quality and care. Warm lighting, natural textures, and inviting lounges create an approachable, human-centered environment that mirrors the company’s values of integrity, skill, and openness.

Sterling’s new medical office building features a calm, refined aesthetic to support comfort and efficiency. The clean, modern design creates a professional and welcoming environment for patients and providers.
